Return and Exchange Policy

At Raeesa Jewels, we take great care to ensure the quality of every piece we deliver.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the item.

The product must be unused, intact, and in its original condition, with the security seal unbroken and all original packaging included.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed if it meets the above conditions.

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.

Any return request that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
